They had four children:

I am looking for anyone who has information on my ancestors or descendants of my GGGGrandfather Sam / Samuel CHATMAN born about 1845 or 1860. Census reocrds have age difference. Our lastname is also spelled CHAPMAN on census records. He was born in Georgia. He ended up living in Township 11, Cherorkee County, Indian Territory, Oklahoma. Also Redland, Sequoyah, Oklahoma and Braden, Leflore, Oklahoma. During this time he was married to my GGGGrandmother Rella Riller Lillie (WHITNEY) CHATMAN born in Kentucky or Missouri about 1879.
I was told by family members Sam's father's name was George CHAPMAN / CHATMAN born in Georgia. Sam's race was listed as Mulatto in census. As Black in another.
Grandpa Sam and Grandmother Lillie had about 10 kids. One died at a early age. The names of the other children were John CHATMAN, Flavor CHATMAN, Sundayson CHATMAN, Freely CHATMAN, Levi CHATMAN, Eve CHATMAN, Viola CHATMAN, Ina CHATMAN, Lelia CHATMAN. I was also told that Sam may have had another wife named Sarah and may have had 3 children together.
I am looking for any information on CHAPMAN / CHATMAN family. I have also been told of some of our family carrying the lastnames of HAYNES / HAINES, not sure how it was spelled. A lot of my family live in Arkansas, California, and in Oklahoma - Tulsa, Okmulgee, Oklahoma City. I was also told some were down South. I am trying to find descendants and find out about ancestors. If anyone could help me with this family puzzle it would be very much appreciated. God Bless.
