Court docket #1 from 1852 mentions a Fleming A. WATERS. Does anyone have the details of this court proceeding or how I can get copies of any documents if existing? I am trying to 1.) trace this Fleming's ancestry and 2.) find out if possible what prompted him to leave Coweta Co. and move to Texas.
Thanks for any help you can give!

I am looking for any ROBINSON family information. Also looking for information on doctors in the area about 1855.
My family: Sarah Calhoun __ROBINSON and husband ____ROBINSON, had kids Mary, Emma C and Walter John ROBINSON all born in Georgia. Sarah's husband was a landowner and slaveholder who "died" and she married his business partner Dr A. P. Morris and moved to Louisiana about 1858-1860. They had two more children.
Sarah's husband may have been a doctor, and she was educated and may have taught music to neighbors.
I am looking for any info that may help me prove or disprove any information I may already have. I am looking for Sarah's family info as well as her husband's first name and family info. He could be named Walter like the son, or I have some information that he is named William C but it is not proven yet. I had previously thought they were related to John ROBINSON, Revolutionary war hero but I cannot find a good list of children to prove that either.
any ideas? All help is appreciated no matter how far fetched or correct.
Thanks,
Diane
