I am researching the PORT, HOUGHTON, MALLOUGH and COLLINS families from the late 1800 and early 1900's that settled in Cass County. Casselton, Fago, Wheatland, Embden are some of the cities that family members have resided in. Any old newspaper clippings, stories, publications of interested greatly appreciated. I am the great grandson of John Wishart PORT who died in Casselton Feb 26, 1928. My grand father is Frederick A. PORT died in Casselton November 12, 1918, and the son of Clyde W. PORT, died Dec 18, 2007 and was buried at the family plot Jan 12, 2008.
