Christ./Christoffer RASMUSSON ENGVIK later moved on to Ward County ND (1910).
I don't know the name of his children, but I think that maybe one daughter can be Annie ENGVIK born 1882 at Morton ND. She married Edwin McBAIN in Fargo Cass co. ND in 1905. I have also find a person Oscar Bert ENGVIK born 1887 in Richland county and died 27.05.1982 in Thurston WA. i am wondering if this could be two of his children ?

Henry's obit was listed on the Wilkin County webpage as published in January 1973 when he died. No mention of the burial location was made. Looking for information on the EISCHENS in Richland,County. I can find where they had land in Belford and Grant Townships. Three were, Maximillian, who married Barbara KRUMP, Theodore and Nicholas. I know Theodore and Maximillian were brothers. Family rumor has it there were more brothers in ND, so I am assuming Nicholas was a brother also. Theodore and my Great Grandfather Max, came to Two Inlets township, Becker County, Minn in 1898. Both are buried there. Would like more info on their time in ND, other family members. I know that Max came from Niederpiersheid, Germany where he was born in 1855. I have no dates or specific info again until they came to Two Inlets. Anyone have more?

EVENSON

Svein Frislie Mon Dec 3 02:13:02 2001
I'm looking for information about my great grandmother's brother. His name is Ole EVENSON and came from Norway. I think I have found him in the 1920 census from North Dakota, Richland County (Wapheton), Enumeration District 147, page 3/35.

He was then living in 2nd Street #24 with 4 children. It was Ida, 14 years, Lily, 13 years, Edwin, 11 years and Harold 9 years. Ole EVENSON was at that time 40 years. He was married, but his wife's name is not mentioned. He was a worker at a coal yard.

I don't expect that any of his mentioned children are alive. But it also might be that he got more children after 1920.

Is there any person in the Richland County having information about Ole EVENSON and his descendants, I would be much greateful.

Looking forward hearing from somebody!
Best regards from Svein Frislie (Norway)

I am looking for any records I can find regarding the ZACHARIAS family. I have accessed the 1900 cencus and found that August ZACHARIAS and his wife Emma and 6 children lived in Brightwood Township. There is a village listed but I cannot read it. I'm looking for birth death and marriage records. Also if there were other ZACHARIAS' in the area. My grandfather was Adolph ZACHARIAS one of the six children.

Theodore J. HINGTGEN / HINTGEN had a photographic studio in Wapheton after he moved there from Eastern Iowa about 1880. I am interested in his family and obtaining photographs that he produced. I am also interested in his nephew, photographic apprentice, Frank EBNER. Frank EBNER was killed in a train accident in the Breckenridge train yards 22-Oct-1893.
