Ezra S. & Adaline (MALLO) INMAN were listed in the 1870 census for Westford, in Richland County. At that time their only child was Hettie G. (3 yrs old). Ezra was a brickmaker. This was after the Civil War. Ezra's father-in-law, John, also made bricks. Looking for anyone who might be working on an INMAN or MALLO line. Searching Grant Co. and surrounding areas for Catherine Kaltenbrunn McKinney, daughter of ??? Kaltenbrunn and Maria Schmieder. She was born in Baden, Germany and I suspect she came to this area and then married. She was a legatee on her uncle's will and collected her inheritance in Grant County in person.

My grandmother, Maggie Dean BUCKTA (Maiden name GRAY) died in Richland Center April 11, 1983. She lived for many years in Richland Co. She was married to ANDREW BUCKTA, who had died in 1930. Maggie's parents were FRANK GRAY (b. 6/28/1868) and FANNIE ANNIS (b. 9/4/1871), who married 9/4/1890. Frank's parents were ENOCH GRAY (b. 6/2/1835 in Waldo Co, Maine)& RUTH SPAULING also of Waldo Co. Fannie's dad was ALFONZO ANNIS. I do not know many of Maggie's predecessors lived in Richland Co. She had 11 brothers & sisters: Earl, Stella, Francis, Martin, Ida, Buford, Frankie, Wallie, Clyde, Helen & Irvin.

Looking for info on LOVE,Clinton who died on 9/22/1874 and is burried in Clinton Ridge Cemetery, Clinton, Vernon County WI. I am needing the names of his parents or siblings. He lived in Onondaga Co NY until sometime between 1844 & 1850 when he moved with his family to Wisconsin. Two of his children are listed as having been born in either NY or Janesville, WI. They are LOVE, Mary Lydia(b.1844, m.DICKSON,Orvil ? ?, m.QUACKENBUSH,David 3/8/1868 Clinton,WI, d.?) and LOVE,Henry Clinton(b.12/20/1848, m. PALMER,Susan M. 8/21/1870 Monroe Co,WI, d.3/7/1933 Columbus,MT). The lastborn was LOVE, Albert (b.Janesville, WI. 3/17/1850, m. SCOVELL[SCOVIL,SCOVILL],Abby 1/10/1869, m.TRAVIS,Effie 2/3/1883, d.6/6/1939 Columbus MT.). LOVE, Clinton may have been born in Manlius,NY, but no documentation has been forthcoming. I am looking to find some proof of my ancestor's presence in Richland Co. after 1860. Thomas Milburn, b. VA; married Minerva Mansfield in 1824 in Wayne Co., OH; was in DeKalb Co., IN in 1850 and 1860. Wayne Co., OH book says that he died in Richland Co., WI. His children were Theophilus, Josiah, Mary, Almira, Amos, Thomas, Electa, Sarah, William and Abia.
Any information on any of these Milburns would be greatly appreciated.

Seek information on PHILLIP KIZER and wife RHODA who I believe came to Richland Co. WI from Clinton Co., OH in the late 1840s or early 1850s. I have not been able to locate them on any 1850 census. In 1854, RHODA sells their land in Clinton Co.,OH as PHILLIP is deceased. The transaction states that RHODA is a resident of Wisconsin but does not state where in WI. The General Land Office Records of WI show PHILIP A. KIZER signed for a 40 acre land patent 1855/11/10 in Richland Co. This may have been PHILIP KIZER Jr.The maiden name of RHODA was HENDRICKSON. Any info would be appreciated.

My g-g-ggrandfather, Tarlton ADAMS is listed as living in Akan in the 1870 census of Richland county. I have lost track of him after this date. Also listed separately were his son John Quincy ADAMS and his daughter Rebecca, who was listed with her husband Peter DAUGHENBAUGH.
