FLYNN

Beckie D. Preston Thu Aug 31 23:50:14 2006
My name is Beckie D Preson Maiden: FLYNN. I was born on Aug. 10, 1957 at 12:08 am at Dameron Hosp. Assoc. In Stockton, Ca. My Father's name is John Edward FLYNN, he was approx. 30 yrs. old in 1957 & he was born in Wisconsin. His occupation was a piper for a co. named Pacific Clay Comp. in Stockton, CA. Our home address at the time of my birth was : 5511 E. Washington St. Stockton, Ca. This is all the info I have on my dad & I got this off of my birth cert.

My Mom's name God rest her soul, is Wanda Maye Powell, Maiden: BURT & she was born in Lubbock Texas on March 27, 1931 to Ruby & Eurie BURT. If anyone out there has any info on my daddy please email me back. This is part of my life that I've been starving for as I wore a horrific childhood due to my mom marrying an evil man after my daddy was gone out of the pic. Supposedly the family told me they "thought" they read in a newspaper article that my daddy was killed in a auto accident around 1959. I don't know how much of this is true, my Mom just didn't want me to look for my real dad. But she is gone now and I have the strongest urge to find my dad more than ever now. So if anyone can help me please do. I'd sure appreciate it.

WHEATON

Joan Mon Oct 30 17:32:17 2006
Mary Day Stafford WHEATON 1809-1871 : Trying to determine what her maiden name was and who her parents were. Her daughter, Mary Ann's death certificate lists it as KIGER.

Mary's daughter Nancy BARNES remarried B. F. COX after her first husbands death. His first wife had also been a KIGER from OH. Wondering if there could be a connection. I have noticed in my research that there was a group of families that migrated from PA to OH to WI in the 1800's and there were several marriages among that group.
