Searching family of Francis FOSTER (b. ca l788 Wilkes co.,GA and d. ca March l839 LaGrange, Troup Co.,GA) and his wife Amey Harry EDWARDS (b. ca l798 Lincoln Co.,GA and d. July l859 Troup Co.,GA). Amey m/2 Thomas W. OLIVER on l5 Oct l840 Troup Co.,GA. Fra ncis and Amey Foster had 7 children (one of which was Mary Elizabeth FOSTER who married Kinchin Augustus BOON Jr on l9 July l845 Troup Co.,GA. Other children were: Albert (Joseph A.J.) Foster b. ca l827 Morgan Co.,GA and m. Frances ? They are on l850 Trou p Co.,GA census. There was also a dtr, Susan Amey Antonette FOSTER who married William M. BOOKER in Troup Co.,GA. Looking for information on family of Daniel Cleveland PARR, born 1885 in Spring Garden, Cherokee Co., AL and died 1962 in Calhoun, Gordon Co., GA. Family listed on 1920 Census, Troup Co., GA includes Sarah PARR (Dan's mother?) and brothers Robert and Roy PARR, all born in AL. Robert, Roy and Dan's sister Mrs. Claude ARRAINGTON lived in LaGrange in 1962. Dan's sister Mrs. Bill COOK lived in Newnan. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

DESHAZO, Orphans of Wm. DESHAZO listed in the 1827 land lottery in Troup County, District 9 (Captn. Streetman's Dist.), page 68. Does anybody know what William DESHAZO's wife's name was? Richard and Robert DESHAZO are shown as executors of his estate on t ax records and on deeds. They were his sons. In 1852, Richard mentions a sister and brother in his will. Does anyone know the sister's name? I have done much research on my DESHAZO line in the Central Area of GA. This Richard and Robert are also shown on a deed in Houston Co. with a John and Robert DESHAZO in 1827. I will gladly share information with others researching this surname! Searching for descendants of Henry Newton TEAL, born July 1882 in Cleburne County, AL and Cleveland TEAL, born October 1888 in AL, who lived in Troup County, GA between 1920 and 1950. Henry and Cleveland TEAL were the sons of Jesse T.C. TEAL born ca 1851 in GA and Sarah E. (Sallie) ASHLEY, born ca 1854 in Heard County, GA. Henry and Cleveland Teal had an older sister named Lula who married A.E. MARTIN, and they had 3 brothers, Jepp TEAL born ca 1890, Joseph W. TEAL born ca 1892 and James I TEAL born ca 18 94.

BRAZELL/SCOGGINS. Searching for information about Jacob S. BRAZELL, born 1808 in GA. He married Lucina SCOGGINS in Coweta Co. in 1835. In 1840, Jacob and Lucina were living in Troup Co. In 1850, there were in Harris Co. This couple had 7 sons: James W., L ewis F., Thomas L., William H., J. White, Millard F., and Benjamin Hill Brazell. About 1856, the family moved to Columbia Co., AR. I would like to correspond with descendants of Jacob and Lucina BRAZELL.
